Dal has over 20 years of culinary experience, 15 of which he has spent catering in the Vancouver film industry. He’s a Red Seal Chef that comes from a Vancouver film industry family with his Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister, and Niece all having worked in the industry. He received his Red Seal designation from VCC.
He has a passion for good quality food and honest cooking practices. He’s looks to incorporate environmentally friendly processes in his kitchen and aims to use sustainable, locally sourced products as often as possible. Along side his love of food he also prides himself on creating a positive, inclusive, and friendly work environment.
He has two daughters that he likes to share his love of food and cooking with. On the weekends you’ll likely find him cooking, eating, and enjoying time with his family.
